The difference
An alert you cannot date is worthless.
A slot can be gone in a minute. “Hyderabad has slots” tells you nothing you can act on — it might be forty seconds old or it might be from lunchtime. Every message we send carries the age of the sighting and how many people independently reported it, so the decision to drop what you are doing and race for it is yours to make on the facts.
Every alert is dated
“Reported 40 seconds ago”, not “reported recently”. You can tell at a glance whether it is worth racing for, and a fabricated alert is the one thing that cannot honestly supply a timestamp.
Unread fields say so
If a report never stated the date, or how many seats the slot had, the alert says exactly that instead of filling in a plausible number. You always know which parts we read and which we did not.
Silence is reported too
When nothing is open we say so rather than going quiet, and your free alerts are counted rather than timed — so a drought month cannot silently spend them.

Positive sightings almost always arrive as screenshots. Our extraction reads the consulate, visa type, date, time and — where the report shows one — the number of seats, and turns it into structured data. What it cannot read, it marks as unread rather than guessing.

Consulate, visa type and date range, plus the seat count where the report stated one. Around a third of sightings never state it; those still reach you, labelled as unstated, because an absent number is not evidence a slot is too small.

Do you book the appointment for me?
No, and be wary of anyone who says they do. We send you a notification the moment a slot is reported at a consulate you care about. You book it yourself on the official usvisascheduling.com site with your own account. We never ask for your visa-scheduling login, and we could not book on your behalf even if you wanted us to.
Why do you ask how many people are on my application?
Some reports state how many seats a slot has. When one does, we check that number against your party size and hold back slots that are too small — there is no point waking you for an appointment that cannot take everyone.
Around a third of sightings never state a seat count. Those still reach you, labelled “seats visible: not stated in the report”, because not knowing is not the same as knowing it is too small. We would rather show you the gap than fill it in.
Can I report slots too, and what do I get for it?
Yes, and it takes one message. Send a screenshot of the calendar and we read the consulate, the date and the seats straight off it — no forms. It reaches everyone it matches within seconds, and you do not need a paid plan to do it.
Paid subscribers earn 1 free day per report (up to 7 a month); everyone else earns 2 extra alerts (up to 10). The photo is what earns it — without one the report still goes out, it just does not pay. How reporting works.
How fast are the alerts?
We deliver within seconds of seeing a report. The honest constraint is upstream of us: a real applicant has to notice the slot and post it, which typically takes under a minute but is not instantaneous. We stamp every alert with how long ago the slot was seen so you can judge for yourself whether it is worth racing for.
There are free Telegram groups. Why would I pay?
You are not paying for information — that is free and always will be. You are paying not to watch a firehose. A busy slot group produces hundreds of messages a day, almost all of them irrelevant to your consulate, your visa type or your party size, and the one message that matters arrives at 3am among forty that do not.
We read all of it and send you only the part that is yours.
What happens if no slots open at all?
Then you get almost no alerts, and we tell you so rather than going quiet. The free alerts exist partly for this reason: they are counted, not timed, so a quiet month does not silently use them up. And if you receive no alert at all during a paid subscription, you choose: we extend it by the same number of days free, or refund it in full. Extension is only the default.
