Is there really a free tier?
Yes, and it is not a crippled demo of a different product. Free subscribers get the same alerts, filtered the same way, 30 minutes later. You will see the service work, and you will see precisely what the delay costs you. If that is enough for your situation, keep it — it does not expire.
Why is the 3-month plan the one you recommend?
Because it matches what actually happens. You need slot alerts until you have an appointment, and in the current backlog that search rarely finishes in four weeks. Buying three months costs less per month than buying one three times, and it means you are not making the decision again in the middle of your search.
What is the refund guarantee, exactly?
If we send you no alert at all during a paid subscription, we refund that subscription in full. It is a real guarantee for a real risk: the calendar in this market can stay empty for weeks, and you should not pay for a period in which we gave you nothing.
It is not a guarantee that you will get an appointment. Nobody can promise that, and anyone who does is lying to you.
