Trust & accuracy

This category has earned its bad reputation. Here is how we intend not to.

Search for any visa slot alert service and you will find people accusing it of inventing availability, of alerting on slots that were never there, of going silent after taking payment. Some of those accusations are unfair. Enough of them are not. So rather than asking you to assume we are the exception, here is what we bind ourselves to.

We will never ask for your visa-scheduling login

Not at signup, not for a 'premium' tier, not ever. A service holding your credentials can act as you on a government system, and if it is compromised, your application is what is exposed. There is no version of this product that needs your password.

Every alert says when the slot was seen

Not when we sent it — when an applicant actually saw it. In a market where a slot can vanish in under a minute, the age of the sighting is the most important thing on the message, and hiding it would let us look faster than we are.

Every alert says how many people confirmed it

One report is a report. Four independent reports in ninety seconds is something else. You get the count, so you can weigh it yourself instead of trusting a confidence score we invented.

We tell you when nothing is open

A service that only speaks up with good news is one you cannot calibrate — silence could mean a quiet market or a broken pipeline, and you would have no way to tell. We report droughts, and we monitor our own sources so that our silence always means the market is quiet.

We will never claim a slot we did not see

No synthetic availability, no padded numbers, no alerts generated to make a quiet week look busy. If this were the sort of business that did that, the refund guarantee below would be unaffordable — which is rather the point.

We do not promise you an appointment

We cannot, and neither can anyone else. We sell notification: you will hear about openings that match you, faster than you would find them yourself. Whether one exists is not in our gift.

The guarantee

If we send you nothing, you pay nothing.

Full refund on a subscription that produced no alerts. If we send you no alert at all during a paid subscription, we refund it in full. Three of the five paid services in this category offer a guarantee — in a market where the calendar can stay empty for weeks, it is the least you should expect. It is deliberately the one promise we can keep unconditionally — it depends entirely on us, and not at all on whether a consulate happens to release anything.

How to check anyone in this market

Four questions worth asking us, and everyone else.

Use these on us too. If a service cannot answer them plainly, that is the answer.

"Do you need my scheduling password?"

If yes, understand what you are handing over. There is no feature that justifies giving a third party the ability to act on your visa application.

"When was this slot seen?"

An alert without a timestamp cannot be evaluated. If a service will not tell you how old a sighting is, ask yourself what that hides.

"What happens if nothing opens?"

Every honest answer to this involves money coming back. Be suspicious of any service whose incentives improve when the market goes quiet.

"Are you connected to the consulate?"

Nobody legitimate is. If the branding, the wording or the logo suggests otherwise, that is a deliberate choice and it tells you what you are dealing with.

Direct questions

Including the uncomfortable ones.

Reddit says services like this fake their availability. Why should I believe you?

You should not, on our say-so. That is why every alert carries the time the slot was seen and the number of independent reports behind it — the two things a fabricated alert cannot honestly supply.

There is also a structural answer. We refund any paid subscription that produced no alerts. A service inventing availability to look busy would be paying out on every quiet week; a service reporting droughts honestly can afford the guarantee.

Are you affiliated with the US government, CGI Federal or VFS?

No. We are an independent notification service with no connection to the Department of State, any consulate, CGI Federal, VFS Global or usvisascheduling.com. Anyone in this category implying otherwise is telling you something untrue, and it is worth checking that on every site you look at.

Do you scrape or automate the official booking site?

No. Our data comes from what applicants publicly report. Beyond the legal question, automated polling is fragile: it breaks whenever anti-bot measures change, and it only ever sees what one account can see.

What do you do with my phone number?

We send you the alerts you asked for. It is not sold, shared, or used to market anything else, and we do not message anyone who has not messaged us first — a rule that is both WhatsApp policy and the reason our number stays usable. Full detail in the privacy policy, and you can have everything deleted by emailing support@visaslotsplus.com.

What happens if your service breaks?

The system watches its own sources and raises an alarm if one stops delivering, because a broken feed and a quiet market look identical from outside. If we are down for a meaningful part of your subscription, tell us and we will extend or refund it. We would rather lose the revenue than have you sitting on a dead alert feed believing the calendar is empty.

Judge us on the alerts, not the copy.

Start on the free tier. Watch what arrives, watch the timestamps, and decide for yourself whether it is worth paying for.
