Terms of service
What the service is, what it is not, and what neither of us should expect from the other.
Effective 10 August 2026. If we change anything material, we will say so here and message active subscribers.
What this service is
VisaSlotsPlus sends notifications about US visa appointment availability that has been reported by other applicants. That is the entire product. Using it means you accept these terms.
What we are not
VisaSlotsPlus is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the U.S. Department of State, any U.S. Embassy or Consulate, CGI Federal, VFS Global or usvisascheduling.com. We are not immigration lawyers and nothing here is legal advice.
What we do not promise
- We do not guarantee you an appointment. Whether slots open at all is entirely outside our control, and in the current backlog they may not.
- We do not guarantee a slot still exists when you read an alert. Availability can disappear in seconds. Every alert carries the time the slot was seen precisely so you can judge this yourself.
- We do not guarantee completeness. We can only know about availability that somebody reported. Slots we never hear about will not reach you.
- We do not guarantee accuracy of what was reported. Our source is other applicants. We deduplicate, corroborate and timestamp, which reduces error — it does not eliminate it.
What you agree to
- To use the alerts for your own visa application, or that of your family.
- Not to resell, republish or redistribute our alerts as a service of your own.
- Not to automate, scrape or bulk-extract from our systems.
- To book appointments yourself, through official channels, under their terms.
- To give us accurate filters — wrong details produce wrong alerts, and that is the one failure we cannot fix from our side.
Booking is yours
You book on the official scheduling system with your own account. We never ask for those credentials and never act on your behalf. Anything that happens inside your visa application — including the outcome — is between you and the consulate.
Payment, renewal and cancellation
- Plans are sold for a fixed period, shown before you pay.
- Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. Cancel during the trial and you are not charged.
- Cancel any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp. Cancellation stops future charges; see the refund policy for money already paid.
- Prices may change. A change never affects a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before it applies to you.
Suspension
We may suspend an account that resells our alerts, abuses the service, charges back a legitimate payment, or behaves in a way that puts our messaging channel at risk — because losing that channel would cut off every other subscriber.
Interruptions
We aim for continuous service and monitor our own sources so that a failure is caught in hours rather than months. Even so, outages happen. If we are down for a meaningful part of your subscription, tell us and we will extend or refund it.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to this service is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for consequential losses — including missed appointments, travel or accommodation costs, delayed employment or visa outcomes.
This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this page and messaged to active subscribers. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise.
